The first Starbucks with a drive-thru to be located on Daniel Island! It also happens to be the largest Starbucks in the state of South Carolina. Adjoining Starbucks is BIN 526, a boutique wine store that fulfills an under-served customer demand.
This 10,000+ SF single story commercial building was carefully designed to respond to its existing street scape of this neo-traditional neighborhood.

A one story building that was a former restaurant and re-purposed as a new Bar and Grille Restaurant called the Rivertowne Public House. This one of two facilities completed for this tenant in two separate locations. Comprised of approximately 3,700 SF the layout and interior finishes were updated to provide a new facility for the tenant.

A two-story 12,000 SF retail and business building on Daniel Island. Built by S.L. Shaw and Associates. designed to fit into a collage of residential character buildings along a beautiful promenade leading to the children’s park. First floor has several businesses which utilize the adjoining outdoor spaces. The second floor has several businesses that feature high ceilings and natural light and open out to expansive exterior porches, which overlook the water views beyond.

A three story 20,000 + SF mixed-use facility on Daniel Island built by SL Shaw & Associates. Uniquely designed to create a pedestrian interaction allowing for easy access to both 1st and 2nd floor business. The 3rd floor consists of two 3,000 + SF penthouse residential units which are provided with their own private covered carpark structures. A combination of painted brick and Boral TruExterior nickel gap siding were used to clad this mixed-use business and residential building.

A one story building that was re-purposed into new updated tenant spaces. Consisting of a total of approximately 10,000 SF, the existing building was renovated to provide space for the new tenants; Levelwing, a Fortune 500 company, an established pharmacy, and two business tenants. The building featured open ceilings and modern finishes.
HBIG RETAIL CENTER

This upcoming single story, two building contemporary boutique retail facility will be located along the fast growing corridor of North Charleston's business and industrial sector, and will total 15,000 sf. In addition to Business and Retail, this project is also designed for a restaurant tenant with access to out-door covered dining in building 1 and a Duncan Donuts with a-drive thru within building 2. This facility will provide a much needed support for the businesses that are surrounded nearby.
NEXTON OFFICE BUILDING
This is a new 14,000 sf office building in Nexton- the 2 tenants occupying this facility are; Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery and Above It All Counseling Group. The developer and General Contractor is SL Shaw and Associates.
1023 MONTAGUE
This Park Circle project was successfully converted from an old lost 1940's single story structure and was given a new life as we had converted her to a new two story mixed use facility. The total building area is now 3,200 SF and has 1,665 SF retail and office space on the ground floor and 1,535 SF on the floor above that is dedicated to two ARnB residential units.
